Mike Jerich is the Chief Executive Officer at HungerRush. He has over two decades of experience working in technology, overseeing complex software and cloud-native solutions across sectors. He is a seasoned, results-driven leader who most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at ServiceMax. He led go-to-market strategy and execution, achieving significant milestones across revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention. Mike’s earlier roles include Chief Revenue Officer at FinancialForce, Global Head of Sales and Marketing at IPC Systems, and Chief Commercial Officer at IntelePeer. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

Bill Mitchell brings more than 30 years of restaurant experience across the US and global markets. Previously, he served as President of Global Operations at Papa John’s, President of Dunkin’ Brands International, and CEO of Cicis Pizza restaurant chain.

David Tabachnick is the Chief Financial Officer at HungerRush and has 20+ years of experience in high growth, technology environments. Prior to HungerRush, David served as CAO at Acoustic, and CFO of Upserve prior to the company’s 2020 acquisition by Lightspeed. He has also held leadership roles at Autotask, NTT Data, The Boston Beer Company along with other PE-backed ventures. David began his career at KPMG, holds bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Delaware.

Jim DaBroi is Chief Operating Officer at HungerRush. Before joining the team in 2023, Jim served as Global Customer Operations Strategy leader at PayPal and scaled Venmo Operations within PayPal during a three-year period when Venmo launched 10 new products. He brings more than 25 years of experience designing and scaling various customer support, fulfilment, new product launch, customer retention and x-sell operations for SaaS and payment companies, including PayPal / Venmo, Intuit and Wells Fargo Bank. Jim is based in Arizona.

Amy Raden serves as Chief People Officer at HungerRush and joined the team in April 2023. Amy has more than a decade of experience in leading human resources teams at rapid-growth software companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining the team, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at symplr and owned her own consulting firm. Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Texas at Austin.

Eran Hollander joined Hunger Rush as its Chief Product Officer. Eran is an accomplished product executive with 20 years of experience in rapidly scaling technology companies, with a focus in the FinTech industry. A pioneer in prepaid cards, mobile POSs and mobile wallets to name a few, Eran’s product leadership and strategy resulted in exits to blue chip companies such as Apple, Citibank and Ingenico. Eran holds a master’s degree in Psychology and an MBA from Virginia Tech, and served as a Captain in the military.

Matthew Hoeg serves as Chief Legal Officer for HungerRush. Matthew’s 30+ years as an attorney formerly made him a partner at Andrews Kurth, LLP and President of CRS Solutions Texas. He graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Economics and the University of Houston with his law degree.

Bruce serves as the Chief Information Officer for HungerRush. Bruce is an accomplished executive with 30+ years of experience in software/IT. Prior to joining HungerRush, he spent 20+ years as a Founder, CTO, and CIO of Quorum Software, leading initiatives that scaled the business’s system architecture and infrastructure to transform it from a startup to a leading SaaS-based platform for large-scale energy companies.

Sharmil Desai is the Chief Development Officer of HungerRush. He was previously the CEO of Menufy, a leader in online ordering. Sharmil brings 15+ years of experience in management, leadership and engineering roles to HungerRush. Before Menufy, Sharmil was a senior member of the engineering team at RSA, the security division of EMC.

Shannon Chirone is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for HungerRush. She has 15+ years of experience in marketing, operations and business development across multiple verticals including entertainment, finance, and technology. Shannon joined the company from Slice where she ran the B2B2C product marketing team. And formerly held leadership roles at Capital One, Crowd Centric and Two Tomatoes Records. Shannon received her B.A. from UCLA and lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.

Josh Desmond is currently the Vice President of Sales at HungerRush. Before joining HungerRush, Josh spent nine years leading software sales teams within the private equity and startup sectors. He has a proven track record of success in crafting go-to-market and new market penetration strategies, as well as implementing change management initiatives. Prior to his transition to sales leadership, he served for a decade as a targeting officer with the CIA. He has a B.A. in History from American Military University and resides in South Carolina with his wife and four children.
