First a little backstory. We got our start in 2003 as Revention, and we worked as hard as you do to become the leading Point of Sale (POS) provider for pizza restaurants. Why pizza? First of all, because who doesn’t love pizza. Also, since pizza has so many moving parts, a pizza POS has to be highly configurable, and we like a good challenge.
Meanwhile, the folks at CRS Solutions had been busting their butts for over 45 years to become the leading reseller of POS systems.
As the leading POS system provider and the leading POS system reseller, we realized that if we joined forces, we could serve our customers better than ever. So in 2018 we consolidated, and in 2020 the HungerRush restaurant management system was launched.

Perry TurbesChief Executive Officer
Perry Turbes has served as Chief Executive Officer of HungerRush since joining the company in 2019. Perry is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of software experience. Prior to joining HungerRush, he was most recently the CEO of Quorum Software, the industry-leading, cloud-based, oil and gas software platform. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
Eric MorseChief Sales Officer
Eric Morse motivates as Chief Sales Officer leading a team with offices across the United States. He has been a business-to-business sales leader for more than 35 years and an entrepreneur. He believes that sales provide the opportunity to help others improve, grow and change, and that great salespeople truly are change agents for the benefit of their customers. Eric attended the University of Denver and has a degree in Business Administration.
Greg DavisChief Operating Officer
Greg Davis serves as Chief Operating Officer. He joined the company in 2018. Greg’s 20 years in the software/IT industry includes 9 years as Global Executive Vice President of Alert Logic and 7 years in sales leadership at VeriCenter. Both hyper-growth market leaders pioneering new business models in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Greg currently is responsible for the implementation of a SaaS based operating model focused on growth through the delivery, and reinforcement, of our unique value proposition. In addition, Greg serves on the Board of Directors for Bigleaf Networks. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
Matthew HoegChief Administrative Office,
Matthew Hoeg serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. He has been an attorney for more than 30 years and was previously a partner at Andrews Kurth, LLP. He is also an entrepreneur having co-founded Merchant Cast Advance of Texas, LLC. Prior to his current role he was President of CRS Solutions Texas. Matt serves on the Board of Directors of MerchantWise. He graduated with honors from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston and graduated with honors.
Venkat SanthanaramanChief Financial Officer
Venkata Santhanaraman serves as Chief Financial Officer. He has a 25+ year career in finance with experience in digital commerce, technology-enabled business services, and a strong focus on strategy, business and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining the company, he was CFO and Vice President of FP&A Reporting for Wolters Kluwer ELM Solution/Lien Solutions and a portfolio company controller with Denham Capital. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston Victoria, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Madras in India. He also holds multiple certifications including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designations.
Francois WolfChief Marketing Officer
Francois Wolf serves as Chief Marketing Officer. He has extensive experience leading and growing technology marketing organizations to drive growth. In his 20+ year career he has successfully formulated go-to-market strategies for global technology launches, led ecommerce, customer experience engineering and much more. He was recruited to join the company in early 2020. Previously he held executive leadership roles with technology-driven companies including HotSchedules, Pivot 3, and Dun & Bradstreet. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Ali HusainChief Product Officer, E-commerce
Ali Husain serves as Chief Product Officer, E-commerce. He joined the company in 2020 through the acquisition of OrdrAI, a leading text and voice ordering provider for the restaurant industry, where he was as co-founder and CEO. With over 15 years in the software/IT industry, he’s helped companies transform digitally with a goal of optimizing growth and accelerating innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Michigan.
