What you will do
We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to develop strong partnerships, manage client inquiries and identify new business opportunities within assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas & objectives
  • Work collaboratively with our Product Management, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure successful new client identification and onboarding
  • Lead and execute an Enterprise account sales planning methodology to engage and move deals forward within the opportunity funnel
  • Work closely with marketing and ABM strategy to effectively identify target prospects to build sales funnel and increase engagement within new prospects
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients’ ongoing success and satisfaction
  • Participate in regional, industry specific conferences and events
  • Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals and upsell
  • Create cultural alignment and accountability within the Enterprise sales team
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, etc.
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise sales team at HungerRush
  • Develop the Enterprise strategy and grow Enterprise account base within agreed upon goals and strategies
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate HungerRush product/solution
  • Set and execute customer acquisition strategy to generate agreed upon annual growth in revenue and bookings
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas & objectives
  • Define team goals and metrics and continually measure team against progress

What you should bring: 

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B technology company
  • 3+ years of managing an Enterprise sales team including talent acquisition, people development and creating a positive, effective sales culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related discipline
  • Demonstrated successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team
  • The ability to get into the field and into deals with your team; leveraging your experience as a closer to drive efficiencies in the sales process
  • Proven success scaling out an Enterprise Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong presentation and closing capabilities
  • Proven ability to communicate with and sell to user level up to executive-level customers
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Experience constructing and making presentations to C-level executives
  • Ability to communicate and clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally at all levels of a client and corporate organization
  • Previous experience with Salesforce highly preferred
