Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate who is a fast learner and passionate about translating technology into understandable customer benefits. This role will report to the product marketing department and will support corporate marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to create world-class product and marketing-related content and messaging. The Product Marketing Associate will also be responsible for equipping the sales and marketing teams with the necessary tools to successfully position and sell HungerRush products.

The ideal candidate must bring strong communication skills (written and verbal) as well as project management skills. The Product Marketing Associate will also be responsible for research and analysis that will help influence the product, marketing, and sales strategies.


  • Analyze why we win and why we lose opportunities and present your findings to various internal stakeholders to ensure that our product roadmap meets the needs of our customers and the market
  • Conduct competitive analysis and create supporting content including competitive battle cards, feature comparisons, and objection handling
  • Gather and transcribe customer feedback, testimonials, references, and case studies
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product departments to support upcoming marketing campaigns, product launches, and other go-to-market efforts
  • Produce high-quality external digital and print content, including product overviews, infographics, blog posts, case studies, etc.

Preferred Experience and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SharePoint
  • B2B or B2C software experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong market and competitive analysis skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines when developing public-facing and internal content and deliverables
  • Comfortable working on cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Restaurant experience
  • Able to come into the office at least 2-3 days a week with the ability to work remotely when necessary
